Polypropylene

Polypropylene is a lightweight thermoplastic polymer known for its high chemical resistance, flexibility, and low density. It exhibits good impact strength and is resistant to fatigue, making it suitable for applications that require durability and resilience. Polypropylene is also moisture-resistant and has a low coefficient of friction, which makes it ideal for parts such as living hinges, containers, automotive components, and laboratory equipment. Due to its excellent chemical resistance, PP is often used in applications where the material is exposed to harsh chemicals.
