Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is an advanced 3D printing technology that produces parts by fusing powder materials layer by layer. Unlike other powder-based processes, MJF uses an inkjet array to apply fusing and detailing agents onto a bed of powdered material, followed by exposure to infrared light that fuses the powder into a solid layer. This process is repeated until the entire object is formed. MJF is known for its high-speed production and ability to produce fine details and smooth surface finishes. It is widely used for creating durable, functional prototypes and end-use parts, particularly in industries like automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods, thanks to its efficiency and high-quality output.
Our Materials
Nylon PA12
Polyamide 12
PA12 in MJF provides high strength and flexibility, suitable for functional prototypes and end-use parts. Unlike the white finish seen in SLS, MJF PA12 produces a sleek grey color.
Nylon PA12 GB
Polyamide 12 with glass beads
Reinforced with glass beads to enhance strength, stiffness, and thermal stability, ideal for more demanding applications. The visual appearance is similar to standard MJF PA12.
