TPE (SLS)

Thermoplastic Elastomer

TPE is a standout material known for its flexibility, resilience, and rubber-like properties. It combines the elasticity of rubber with the processing advantages of thermoplastics, making it ideal for parts that need to bend and flex, such as seals, gaskets, wearable devices, and flexible hoses. Its excellent ability to return to its original shape after deformation makes TPE a preferred choice for applications requiring durable, flexible components.

Available variants

TPU

Thermoplastic Polyurethane

TPU is a flexible material, valued for its high durability, abrasion resistance, and elasticity. It’s often used in applications where both flexibility and toughness are required, such as protective covers and sports equipment.

TPC

Thermoplastic Copolyester

TPC offers a blend of flexibility, strength, and chemical resistance, suitable for parts that must withstand harsh environments and mechanical stress. It’s used in automotive, consumer goods, and industrial applications.

Finishes

Bead blasted

Your models will be thoroughly cleaned and blasted with plastic pearls. This process results in a subtly textured finish, with any coloring appearing matte

Smoothed

Using state-of-the-art vapor smoothing technology, your models will be chemically treated to achieve a smooth and shiny surface, enhancing both the appearance and physical properties of your product

Colors

This Material can be ordered in the following colors, in combination with any of the finishes:

White (default), Black, Pink, Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple.

Please note that dyeing the material may affect the dimensional accuracy to some extent.
